1. About this policy
1.1. This Cookie Policy explains how The Ness Within 26, Inc., doing business as "Revital Levine Keren" ("we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on www.revitallevinekeren.com, its member account area and the installable web app (together, the "Site").
1.2. This policy forms part of our Privacy Policy (/privacy), which explains how we handle personal information generally. Our Terms and Conditions are at /terms.
1.3. Our legal pages are published in English and Hebrew only. The Hebrew version of each legal page is a translation of the English version. If the English and Hebrew versions differ or conflict, the English version controls.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
2.1. A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar feature that lets a website store information in your browser. In this policy, "cookies" includes both, and any similar technology that stores or reads information on your device.
2.2. A "first party" cookie is set by the Site itself. A "third party" cookie is set by another company whose feature is loaded on the Site. Some other companies can also set cookies under the Site's own address when their code runs on our pages.
2.3. Strictly necessary cookies are needed for the Site to work or to provide a service you asked for, such as keeping you signed in. We do not ask for consent to these.
2.4. Analytics cookies help us understand how the Site is used. We use them only if you click Accept in the cookie banner.
2.5. We do not use advertising cookies or cookies that track you across other websites, and we do not allow advertising networks to place cookies on the Site. Some other companies whose features the Site uses, such as our payment processor, may set their own cookies; see section 4.

3.1.1. The rlk_guest_maps cookie lasts 30 days, which matches the life of the temporary guest account described in section 4.1 of the Privacy Policy. The link to claim a guest map is valid for 3 days, and a guest map that is not claimed within 3 days is deleted, even if this cookie is still in your browser. Under section 11 of the Privacy Policy, a guest map that is not claimed is deleted after 3 days, a standard map saved to an account is deleted after 14 days, a temporary guest account is deleted 30 days after it is created (unless it holds a paid Event ticket or other event records, in which case it is not deleted automatically), and sign-in records are deleted after 90 days. A map linked to a paid Event ticket is kept with the ticket record and has no fixed end date.

3.2.1. The information collected with these cookies is described in section 3.13 of the Privacy Policy. It is stored in our own database and kept as stated in section 11 of the Privacy Policy. We do not store your IP address with it.
3.2.2. Vercel Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Vercel Analytics, provided by our hosting company, to count page views. If you decline, it does not run.
4. Cookies set by other companies
4.1. Some features of the Site load content from other companies. These companies may set their own cookies or collect information such as your IP address when the feature loads. We do not control these cookies, and they are governed by each company's own privacy and cookie policies.

4.2. The Site does not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel, Hotjar or any other advertising or session-recording tool. The links to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are plain links and do not set cookies until you follow them.
5. How to accept, decline or change your choice
5.1. When you first visit the Site, a banner tells you: "We use a few cookies to run the site, and analytics cookies only if you accept. No advertising cookies." It links to this Cookie Policy and offers two buttons of equal prominence, Accept and Decline. Until you choose, analytics cookies are not set and Vercel Analytics does not run.
5.2. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. If you decline after having accepted, we delete the rlk_aid and rlk_sid cookies from your browser, and our analytics and Vercel Analytics stop running. Withdrawing does not affect information collected while your consent was in place; see section 11 of the Privacy Policy for how long it is kept.
5.3. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Site will not work; for example, you will not be able to stay signed in.
5.4. Your choice is stored in the rlk_consent cookie for 1 year. After that, or if you clear your cookies, the banner will ask you again. Your choice applies to the browser and device you made it on.

6. Installed web app
6.1. If you install the Site as a web app on your device, the app uses the same cookies and choices as the Site in your browser.
7. Changes to this policy
7.1. We will update this policy if we add, remove or change cookies. The version number and "last updated" date at the top show when it last changed. If we start using a new category of cookie that needs your consent, we will ask for your consent again before using it.
