1. About this Disclaimer

1.1. This Disclaimer applies to www.revitallevinekeren.com (the "Site"), the installable web app, the personal maps generated on the Site, and all sessions, readings, workshops, events and products offered by The Ness Within 26, Inc., doing business as "Revital Levine Keren" ("we", "us" or "our").

1.2. This Disclaimer forms part of our Terms and Conditions (/terms). You accept the Terms and Conditions, including this Disclaimer, by ticking the required box when you create an account, generate a map or buy an event ticket. By using the Site or booking a session, you also confirm that you have read and understood this Disclaimer.

1.3. Related documents. Please also read our Privacy Policy (/privacy), Cookie Policy (/cookies), Refund and Cancellation Policy (/refunds) and Accessibility Statement (/accessibility).

1.4. Age. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, buy a ticket or generate a map. Section 8.3 explains maps made for other people.

2. Nature of the services

2.1. Feng Shui, BaZi (Chinese astrology), Kabbalistic candle work and Bio-orgonomy are spiritual and traditional practices. Bio-orgonomy, as we offer it, is an energy-balancing practice for relaxation and a sense of well-being. We offer all of these practices for personal guidance, reflection and well-being only.

2.2. These practices are based on traditional, cultural and spiritual systems of thought. They have not been scientifically proven, and different schools and practitioners may interpret them differently.

2.3. Any reading, map, recommendation or insight we provide expresses a spiritual or traditional interpretation. It is not a statement of fact and is not a prediction that any particular event will happen.

3. Not medical or psychological advice

3.1. Our services and content are not medical, psychological, psychiatric or other health care advice, diagnosis or treatment. We are not licensed health care providers, and nothing we offer replaces care from a licensed physician, psychologist, therapist or other qualified professional.

3.2. Where our content refers to energy, balance, well-being or the body, it describes a spiritual or traditional view. It is not a claim that any service can diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

3.3. Do not stop, delay or change any medical or psychological treatment, or ignore professional advice, because of anything you read on the Site or hear in a session, workshop or reading.

3.4. If you have a health concern, consult a licensed professional. If you are in an emergency, call 911 in the United States, or your local emergency number if you are elsewhere. If you are in emotional crisis in the United States, call or text 988, or contact your local emergency services.

3.5. Sessions, readings and workshops are not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are receiving care for a physical or mental health condition, or are pregnant, consider speaking with your health care provider before acting on any recommendation.

4. Not legal, financial, tax or real-estate advice

4.1. Our services and content are not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting or real-estate advice.

4.2. Feng Shui guidance about a home, office or property (including guidance based on an address you enter) is a traditional interpretation of layout and direction. It is not an appraisal, inspection, survey or professional opinion on the value, safety, condition, suitability or legal status of any property.

4.3. Before making any decision about buying, selling, leasing, building, renovating, investing, borrowing or entering into any legal or financial commitment, consult a qualified professional.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

5.1. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result from any service, map, reading, workshop, product or recommendation, including any result relating to health, relationships, career, finances, property or personal circumstances.

5.2. Each person's experience is different. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

5.3. Any testimonial or client story shown on the Site or in our materials reflects that person's own experience. It is not a promise that you will have the same experience.

6. Products

6.1. Candles and other physical products are offered for spiritual and ritual use. Follow all safety instructions supplied with a product. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and anything that can catch fire. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by using a product against its instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

7. How maps are generated

7.1. Personal maps on the Site (including BaZi, Kua number and Feng Shui maps) are generated automatically by software, using calculation rules from the traditions described in section 2. They are generated from the details you enter, such as birth date, birth time, time zone, gender and, where relevant, an address.

7.2. A map is only as accurate as the details you enter. An incorrect or unknown birth time, date, time zone or address will change the result. If you do not know the birth time, the map is calculated without it and some parts may be incomplete or less specific.

7.3. Addresses are converted to map coordinates by a third-party mapping service (Mapbox). The location shown may be approximate or incorrect, and surrounding features shown on the map come from third-party map data (OpenStreetMap) that may be out of date or incomplete. Our Privacy Policy (/privacy) explains what is sent to these services.

7.4. The software may contain errors. Different traditions and practitioners use different calculation methods, so a map generated on the Site may differ from one prepared elsewhere or prepared personally by Revital in a session.

7.5. A generated map is offered for personal reflection. It is not a personal consultation, and it is subject to all of sections 2 to 5 of this Disclaimer.

7.6. Availability of maps. We do not promise that a generated map will remain available on the Site. Free maps and related records are deleted automatically, as our Privacy Policy (section 11) explains:

a guest map that is not claimed into an account is deleted after 3 days;
a standard (non-premium) map saved to an account is deleted after 14 days;
a temporary guest account is deleted 30 days after it is created, unless it holds a paid Event ticket or other event records, in which case it is not deleted automatically; and
sign-in records, including IP addresses, are deleted after 90 days.

Premium maps are not deleted on this schedule. A map linked to a paid Event ticket is kept with the ticket record and has no fixed end date. If you want to keep a map, download or save it.

7.7. Use of your maps in sessions and workshops. Your account has one setting, "Revital may use my maps in sessions and workshops". It is on by default once you accept the Terms and Conditions. While it is on, Revital may use your maps in private sessions and in workshops, as described in the Terms and Conditions section 8. You can switch it off, and back on, at any time in your account Settings; switching it off applies from then on. The setting never applies to maps you make for other people (see section 8.2) or to archived maps. Our Privacy Policy (/privacy) explains how this works.

8. Maps for other people

8.1. The Site allows you to generate a map for another person. Before you do, you must tick a box confirming: "I have this person's permission to enter their details, or I'm their parent or legal guardian." By ticking it, you also confirm that you will share the map with that person only in a way they would expect.

8.2. The setting in section 7.7 is not consent from the other person. Maps you make for other people are never used in sessions or workshops, whether the setting is on or off.

8.3. Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, buy a ticket or generate a map. You may generate a map for a person under 18 only if you are their parent or legal guardian, or have their parent's or guardian's permission. The full rule is in the Terms and Conditions section 3.

9. Workshops, events and general content

9.1. Workshops, events, articles, videos, emails and other general content are for general information and education only. They are not advice tailored to your circumstances.

9.2. Statements made by other participants in a workshop or event are their own views. We are not responsible for them.

10. Your decisions and responsibility

10.1. You are responsible for your own choices and actions, including any decision you make after using the Site, a map or any of our services.

10.2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on any map, reading, recommendation or content. Our full limitation of liability is set out in the Terms and Conditions section 19.

11. Third-party links and services

11.1. The Site links to or uses third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Zoom, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Stripe, Mapbox and OpenStreetMap. Our Privacy Policy (/privacy) lists the service providers that process personal data for us. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
