This statement is at /accessibility and is linked from the footer of every page of the Site, in English and in Hebrew. Our other legal pages are the Terms and Conditions (/terms), Privacy Policy (/privacy), Cookie Policy (/cookies), Refund and Cancellation Policy (/refunds) and Disclaimer (/disclaimer).
Our legal pages are published in English and Hebrew only. The Hebrew version of each legal page is a translation of the English version. If the English and Hebrew versions differ or conflict, the English version controls.
1. Our commitment
1.1. The Ness Within 26, Inc., doing business as "Revital Levine Keren" ("we", "us" or "our"), wants the website at https://www.revitallevinekeren.com (the "Site") and the installable web app that runs from it (the "Web App") to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
1.2. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
1.3. This statement is a description of our goal and of the current state of the Site. It is not a promise that every part of the Site meets the standard.
2. Current conformance status
2.1. We aim for the Site and the Web App to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, but we do not claim conformance. Some parts of the content may not yet meet the standard.
2.2. No formal accessibility assessment or independent audit has been done. What this statement says about the Site reflects how it was designed and built, not a tested result.
3. What we have done
The following measures are part of how the Site is designed and built. Where we say a feature is "built to support" something, that is the design intent, and we have not yet confirmed it with assistive technology.
3.1. Languages and right-to-left layout. The Site is available in English and Hebrew. The Hebrew version is displayed right to left, and the page language is declared so that screen readers can use the correct pronunciation.
3.2. Keyboard navigation. Menus, links, buttons, forms, dialogs and the checkout form are built to be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible keyboard focus. We have not yet verified this with assistive technology.
3.3. Color contrast. Text and interface colors are chosen with the aim of meeting the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and interface components).
3.4. Text size and zoom. Pages are built so that text can be enlarged with the browser's zoom up to 200 percent without loss of content or function, and so that they adapt to small screens. We have not yet verified this on every page.
3.5. Structure and labels. Pages are built with headings, landmarks and form labels so that assistive technologies can describe them, and images that carry meaning are meant to have text alternatives.
3.6. Motion. The Site is built to support the "reduce motion" setting of your device or browser. When it is turned on, animations and movement are reduced or removed.
3.7. The Web App. The Web App uses the same pages as the Site, so the measures above apply to it as well.
3.8. Technologies relied on. The Site relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA to work with the browser and any assistive technology you use.
3.9. Compatibility. We have not yet run a formal test programme across different browsers or assistive technologies, such as screen readers, and we cannot yet say which combinations work fully. If you find a combination that does not work, please tell us (section 6).
3.10. Cookie banner. The cookie consent banner is built to support keyboard and screen reader use, and it can be reopened at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. It has not yet been verified with assistive technology.
4. Known limitations
We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them.
4.1. Map PDFs. Map and reading PDFs may not be fully accessible to screen readers (for example, they may not be tagged). If you need a Map in another format, contact us and we will provide it.
4.2. Interactive maps and charts. The interactive property map and some chart visuals are graphical and may not be fully usable with a screen reader or keyboard. The key information they show is also given in text where possible.
4.3. Videos. Some videos on the Site, which are hosted on YouTube, may not have captions or transcripts.
4.4. Third-party content. Some parts of the Site are provided by other companies, including the card payment form (Stripe), address lookup and map tiles (Mapbox), the bot check at sign-up (Cloudflare Turnstile, where enabled), embedded videos (YouTube), online Events (Zoom) and booking by message (WhatsApp). We do not control the accessibility of these services, but we will help you create an Account, complete a purchase, book a session or join an Event another way if you have difficulty.
4.5. Time limits. Some links and codes expire, for example email verification codes, password reset links and the 3-day link to claim a guest Map. If a link or code expires, you can request a new one, or contact us and we will help.
4.6. Emails. Some of our emails, including newsletters built with a visual email editor, may not fully meet the standard.
4.7. Older content. Some older content published before this statement may not yet meet the standard. We correct it when we find it or when it is reported to us.
5. Physical accessibility
5.1. Events may be held at venues run by other people. We do not control those venues. If you need to know about access to a venue, for example step-free entry, seating or accessible toilets, please email us before you buy a ticket and we will try to find out and tell you.
